Founding Engineer
Build the product our customers use every day. You'll ship features end-to-end, including frontend, backend, integrations, working directly with founders and the ML engineer. Your work spans the entire stack, from the interfaces customers touch to the infrastructure that powers the models behind them.
Focus: Product development, UIUX, APIs, integrations
Full-Time
AI/ML Engineer
Design, train, and fine-tune models for AEC-specific workflows. You'll own the full cycle — from data preparation, model experimentation to production deployment to cost optimization. If you care about making AI actually work for a massive, underserved industry, this is the role.
Focus: Data preparation, model training, infrastructure

Head of GTM
Own the revenue engine at Blueprints AI. You'll build and run our go-to-market motion from pipeline generation and sales strategy to customer onboarding and expansion. You'll turn early traction into a repeatable, scalable growth machine. Ideal for an operator who's sold technical products to construction or architecture teams and wants to shape how AI gets adopted in one of the world's largest and least-digitized industries.
Focus: Client acquisition, onboarding, retention, strategy, partnerships

Head of Marketing
Craft the narrative for how AI is reshaping construction and putting Blueprints at the center of it. You'll own brand, positioning, content, and demand generation from day one. From launch moments and thought leadership to performance marketing and community building, you'll turn a technically excellent product into a category-defining company.
Focus: Branding, content, events, PR, community
Full-Time
Engineer (Flexible Scope)
We're hiring a third engineer and keeping the scope open. Could be backend, data pipelines, a second ML engineer, or something else entirely, depends on where the bottleneck is when you join. You should be comfortable with ambiguity and excited about figuring out what matters most.
