1. Introduction

Welcome to Blueprints AI ("we", "us", or "the Company"). By accessing or using our Website or Services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms of Use ("Terms"). If you do not agree to these Terms, please do not use our Services.

2. Acceptance of Terms

By using our Website or Services, you accept these Terms in full. You also agree to comply with any policies, guidelines, or rules applicable to specific services and features within our platform.

3. Use of Services

You agree to use our Services only for lawful purposes and in a way that does not infringe on the rights of others or restrict or inhibit their use and enjoyment of the Services.

4. Promotions and Product Placement

Blueprints AI may include and promote certain products within design and construction documents created through our Services. We may receive commissions or payments for promoting these products. By using our Services, you acknowledge and agree to this practice, and accept that this does not create any conflict of interest between any stakeholders, including the owner of the design or project, and Blueprints AI.

5. User Data and AI Model Training

As part of our services, Blueprints AI may use your data to train and improve our AI models. By using our Services, you consent to the use of your data for this purpose.

6. Consent to Contact and Use of Form Responses

By submitting a signup or contact form and checking the consent box, you agree that we may contact you about your request using the contact details you provide, including your email address and phone number. This includes onboarding communications and product updates.

You also agree that we may use the answers you provide in our forms, such as your use case and project needs, in anonymized or de-identified form (for example, "a general contractor in Manitoba") for marketing and promotional purposes as described in our Privacy Policy.

We will not publish your name, photograph, job title, employer, or any other detail that identifies you personally without your separate, specific written permission. If you give that permission, you may withdraw it at any time by emailing hello@blueprints-ai.com, and we will remove the material within a reasonable period.

Uploaded files, project documents, and sensitive personal details are treated as confidential and are never published.

7. Intellectual Property

All content provided through our Services, including text, graphics, logos, and software, is the property of Blueprints AI or our licensors and is protected by applicable copyright and trademark laws.

8. User Conduct

You agree not to engage in any activity that could harm, disable, or overburden our Services. You also agree not to reverse-engineer or attempt to extract source code from our software.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Blueprints AI shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of our Services.

10. Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to our Services at our discretion if you violate these Terms or engage in any behavior that we deem harmful to the Company or other users.

11. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law principles. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of California.

12. Changes to the Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Significant changes will be communicated through our Website or via email. Your continued use of the Services after any changes to the Terms indicates your acceptance of the revised terms.

13. V2 Early Access Deposit

Blueprints AI V2 is offered for pre-order with an early access deposit (the pre-order amount), paid once by card through Stripe. The pre-order amount is the amount shown on the V2 launch page and at checkout at the time of payment; Blueprints AI may change it for future pre-orders. Paying the deposit holds one of the first 100 seats on V2, books an onboarding call with the Blueprints AI team, and grants early access to V2 ahead of its public launch.

Early access is provided on a pre-release basis. Features and output may change before the public launch, and Blueprints AI may suspend early access to resolve problems. Output produced during early access remains subject to your professional review, as with any other output of the Services.

The deposit is a deposit only. It is not the price of a Blueprints AI plan and does not by itself purchase any plan, credits, or seats; the full cost of the plan you choose is set out at the time of that purchase. The deposit is credited in full toward the first Blueprints AI plan you purchase at or after the V2 launch, reducing the amount payable for that plan by the pre-order amount you paid. It does not expire while V2 is being launched.

The deposit is not refundable, except as set out below.

Pre-orders are intended for firms and professionals eligible to use the Services under these Terms. If a deposit is paid by or on behalf of a person who is not eligible, or if a pre-order cannot proceed on grounds of eligibility, Blueprints AI reserves the right to decline the onboarding call and any further steps with that person and, where applicable, to refund the deposit to the original payment method. This is the only circumstance in which a deposit is returned.

The founding bonus described on the V2 launch page is attached to these pre-orders and to the first plan they turn into. Stripe issues the receipt on our behalf. Questions about a deposit: join@blueprints-ai.com.

14. Generation Times

Any generation or turnaround times stated on our website, in product materials, or within the Services are illustrative, not guaranteed, and depend on the model and software version, your plan, and the project type and complexity.
