Start from a hand sketch, an existing drawing, a PDF, or a site photo and get full construction document sets across every discipline: architectural, structural, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, Title 24 energy compliance, fire and life safety, and interior sheets, with civil and landscape generation available on Enterprise plans. Every sheet is built to the International Building Code (IBC) and ADA accessibility standards, with local building and zoning codes applied per project.

Blueprints AI was accepted into the 2026 Autodesk Platform Services (APS) Developer Accelerator. APS is the cloud API platform behind Autodesk's design and engineering software. Entry is selective: teams apply with a detailed engineering proposal, Autodesk reviews every one and turns down the ones that do not clear the bar, and those accepted spend the week building beside Autodesk's own APS engineers.
